André Clouet makes this cuvée with no dosage. While being quite dry, the wine is not searing. It has lovely finesse and concentration and finishes with a punch of tangy minerals.

TASTING NOTES: Initially all mineral with a flinty citrus nose then opens up to reveal roasted nuts and freshly risen bread. Palate is laser sharp on entry then pumps up and fills out with fresh red strawberry and lime. Acids are fresh but not overpowering. Aged in used Sauternes barrels to soften it up.
