Domaine Les Aricoques, situated in Frangy within the Haute-Savoie region, is a relatively young estate founded by high school friends Romain Dupont and Guillaume Bellon. After gaining experience in prominent wine regions such as the Rhône and New Zealand, they returned to their native Savoie to elevate the quality and recognition of local wines. The estate spans approximately 4.8 hectares, planted with Altesse, Jacquère, Mondeuse, and Gamay, and has been undergoing conversion to biodynamic viticulture since August 2021. ​

 

TASTING NOTES: The 2023 'Pan!' Altesse Roussette de Savoie offers a complex and exotic aromatic profile, characteristic of the Altesse grape. The wine is naturally low-yielding and bright, with a luscious texture reminiscent of Roussanne, balanced by vibrant acidity. ​

 

FOOD PAIRINGS: This wine pairs well with dishes such as roast white meats, dishes with white sauce, fried foods, and strong cheeses.
