Huxelrebe, Scheurebe, Pinot Gris, and Riesling

Natural Wine
We declassified this label to “non-vintage white wine” to give us the freedom to do whatever the hell we want. This inaugural release is Huxelrebe fermented over whole cluster Pinot Gris and then blended with a little Scheurebe and Riesling. It is a serious and intense wine that commands your attention.
As you raise the glass the mind envisions a rushing glacial creek freshly renewed from melting high altitude snowpack. The mouth is consumed by fleshy peach and crisp Bosc pear skin. All of this culminates in a pleasantly sharp finish that stays with you like a bad rash.
This label represents the empty void upon which the human condition is superimposed. It functions as a twisted mirror upon which you do not see your exterior reflected but rather your interior. If you only see emptiness, perhaps you need to look inside yourself to figure out why.
Not only does it exist as a mental tabula rasa, but also physical blank canvas. So grab a sharpie or a pen filled with human blood, and paint your existence into the void.
Since we know you sick perverts are just going to draw genitalia anyway, email us your XXX Rated versions and we will post them on our website. The most depraved soul will receive $20 in ones and a rack of Busch Light.
Like all of our wines it is native vineyard yeast fermented in neutral oak with zero additives other than a fractional amount of sulfite. Unfiltered and unfined.
