This méthode traditionnelle wine comes from Limoux (first place to make sparkling wine- yes, before Champagne), though you won’t find the sparkling wine appellation, Crémant de Limoux on the label (because it’s 100% Chardonnay). What that means in the glass, is a TON of deliciousness at a steal of a price. Think of this as your wedding/party/any sort of fizzy wine occasion when breaking out pricey bubbly doesn't make sense. On the palate, the sparkling wine delivers a nicely creamy mouth feel, fresh lemon and sliced apple fruit, a touch of toast and a crisp, dry, finish.
