From the cool-climate Balmoral Vineyard in Orange, See Saw’s “Invergo” Gamay captures the playful spirit and innovation that define this family-run estate. Estate-grown fruit is farmed organically and harvested in the cool morning hours, preserving natural brightness and freshness. After a gentle cold soak, the wine ferments naturally with minimal intervention, hand-plunged once daily for 12 days before pressing to stainless steel. The result is a lively, elegant red that celebrates purity of fruit and texture.
