This single-clone Pinot Noir originates from Irvine & Roberts’ high-elevation “Wädenswil” vineyard block—planted at approximately 2,100 feet—where the cool, diurnal climate and diverse soils produce deeply expressive fruit. Selectively farmed and crafted with minimal intervention, it showcases the site’s distinct terroir.

 

TASTING NOTES: Bright raspberry on the nose leads into spice-laced aromas of clove, cocoa, and dried pine needles. The palate is dense and earthy, featuring dark plum, kola nut, and blueberry pie flavors, anchored by silky structure and a hint of violet—delivering elegance with depth.
