The “Ascendence” bottling represents their refined style—blending texture and freshness with subtle oak influence.

 

TASTING NOTES: First, aromas of sea-breeze salinity and worn leather unfold, soon joined by lively bursts of orange peel and lemon curd. It’s lighter-bodied and well-balanced, offering delicious flavors of guava, ginger, and lemon verbena tea wrapped in crisp, lemony acidity.
