Rogue Vine, founded by Leo Erazo and Justin Decker, revives old-vine Itata viticulture using traditional organic methods—horse-plowing, native yeasts, concrete globe fermenters, and minimal sulfur. Their Pipeño Blanco is a bright, expressive white from a steep, granite-rich hill site in Guarilihue.

 

TASTING NOTES: Zesty citrus and orchard fruit shine—think grapefruit, green apple, and pear—with fragrant white flowers and subtle melon. It’s crisp, clean, and thirst-quenching, with flinty minerality and a hint of salinity.
