The high-altitude, well-drained sedimentary soils yield expressive Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and this rare single-varietal Pinot Meunier. Farming is organic-minded, LIVE and Salmon‑Safe‑certified, with minimal intervention and cover-cropping.

 

TASTING NOTES: Aromatic notes include tart raspberry, cherry, crushed rose petal, thyme, and damp earth, delivering both lift and subtle savory depth.
