Casa Santos Lima is a fourth-generation family estate just north of Lisbon, shaping modern Portuguese wines since the 1990s. The Topo Red 2022 is an aromatic, value-packed blend that highlights regional grapes alongside international varieties. Grapes are destemmed, fermented with native yeasts, and receive low-temperature maceration and oak aging for freshness and structure.

 

TASTING NOTES: Medium-bodied and juicy, this wine bursts with ripe cherries, plums, and berries, layered with spice, vanilla, and a hint of pepper. The palate is soft and velvety, rounded by gentle tannins and balanced acidity.
