Founded in 1849, Reichsrat von Buhl is one of Germany’s most historic and respected estates. Based in Deidesheim in the Pfalz, the estate has been certified organic since 2009 and is a proud member of the VDP, Germany’s prestigious association of elite wine producers. With vineyard holdings in some of the Pfalz's most renowned sites—including Kirchenstück and Ungeheuer—von Buhl is known for wines that reflect both tradition and precision. Their “Bone Dry” series highlights purity and site expression without residual sugar or winemaking interference.

 

TASTING NOTES: Pale salmon-pink with aromas of wild strawberry, pomegranate, and blood orange, accented by subtle florals and crushed herbs. On the palate, it is laser-focused, bone dry, and minerally, with a precise tension and lingering red citrus finish. The mousse is fine, structured, and persistent.
