Weingut Pfeffingen has been dedicated to the Scheurebe grape for over 50 years, cultivating it alongside Riesling as one of their most important varietals. Their Scheurebe vineyards are located in the esteemed Ungsteiner Herrenberg site, known for its optimal southern exposure and fertile soils, contributing to the grape's full ripeness and expressive character.

 

TASTING NOTES: This vibrant dry Scheurebe offers a lively bouquet of gooseberry and lychee, enveloped in a delicate floral perfume. On the palate, it delivers zesty citrus notes complemented by a sprightly acidity, culminating in a clean, refreshing finish.
