TASTING NOTES: This wine presents alluring aromas of tobacco and dried flowers. On the palate, it reveals layers of plum, pomegranate, and dark cherries, complemented by graphite minerality and balanced acidity. ​
 
FOOD PAIRINGS: Pairs well with rack of lamb with root vegetable hash, creamy mushroom soup, black tea-smoked duck breast, ribollita, and lasagna.
