Elise Dechannes, a winemaker dedicated to organic and biodynamic practices since 2008, produces the 'Essentielle' Blanc de Noirs from her family vineyards in Les Riceys, a village in the Côte des Bar renowned for its terroir-driven Champagnes.

TASTING NOTES: Vibrant aromas of green apple, lemon, and flint. The palate is dynamic and refreshing, with fine bubbles and a long, mineral-driven finish.
