The 2023 Zarautz Txakoli is a blend of Xarel-lo, Viura, and Chardonnay, crafted to showcase the region's traditional winemaking style.

TASTING NOTES: Pale yellow to light golden color with a complex bouquet of lime, lychee, citrus, and stone fruits, backed by aromatic herbs. On the palate, it is fresh with tingly lemon and grapefruit citrus, tangy green apples, and a well-integrated, balanced mid-palate leading to a persistent finish.
