The Domaine Brunet Chinon is grown in a semi-oceanic climate with three main types of soil, terraces on the banks of the Vienne river, which are composed of gravel and sand, hillsides and mounds composed of yellow tufa and plateaus and mounds composed of flint clay and sand.
TASTING NOTES: Intense cherry red color. This wine has a nose of red fruits (raspberry, redcurrant, cherry). Its liveliness and freshness make it a wine to drink now. Very supple and silky tannins.
FOOD PAIRINGS: It's a truly versatile wine style, and one which pairs beautifully with roast white meats, shellfish, and firm white fish alike. As for vegetarian pairings, you're spoiled for choice.
