Oregon, (Yamhill-Carlton AVA)
50% Albarino, 50% Chardonnay
13.5%
* Practicing Organic
From the winemaker: "Our Blanco ‘23 brings two of our favorite white grapes together, and represents a blend of our excitement for Spanish varietals (Albariño) in Oregon and a love for one of its classics (Chardonnay). We source the Albariño from Threemile Vineyard (1400-ft elevation) in the Columbia Valley AVA and the Chardonnay from Marin Estate Vineyard (300-ft elevation) in the Yamhill-Carlton AVA, both practicing organic farming."
TASTING NOTES: Sharp, edgy, lightly peppery citrus fruit; the Chardonnay broadens out the mid-palate and fleshes out the finish, with white peach and crisp apple highlights.
FOOD PAIRINGS: Paella. Salad with poached shrimp. Grilled chicken with rice.
