TASTING NOTES: Pale yellow color and aromas of lilac, jicama, honey, pear, and lemon meringue. It has a taste of honeydew, grapefruit, edelweiss, and paprika spice.

 

FOOD PAIRINGS: Pairs well with Indian and Thai curry dishes, halibut, mahi-mahi, Alsatian bacon and onion tart (tarte flambée), and apple strudel.
