Fermented and aged in stainless steel to preserve the vivacious aromas of florals, citrus fruit, and notes of acacia and spice, the 2022 bears the unmistakable signature of Chablis—just without the label.

 

TASTING NOTES: Vibrant and enticing, with a lively pale-gold core in the glass. Expressive aromas of fresh lemon, green apple, verbena, and fresh herbs open to hints of lemon curd, Asian pear, and fresh yellow flowers. On entry, the zesty acidity cuts across the palate, leaving ripe yellow apple, pear, and a lingering mineral finish in its wake. Lighter-bodied, crisp, unoaked, and full of pure Burgundian class.
