"Luzador" is a warrior of the sun - a figher for the light, as so eloquently put by La Luz. This certified biodynamic red comes from 33 hectares of pristine vines in Ribera Alta de Navarra. A blend of 50% Tempranillo and 50% Garnacha is vinified completely in stainless steel with some whole clusters.
TASTING NOTES: This succulent red straddles the lines of "fruit-driven" and "savory" to perfection. The cherry, pomegranate notes are buttressed with a juniper and peppercorn snap, hints of cola, thyme and fresh herbs. This is FANTASTIC red that over-delivers in every way...
FOOD PAIRINGS: The soft, moderately juicy texture is perfect for serving at a cool 58-60 F, and pairing with appetizers, pizza, and light meat dishes.
