Château Ksara’s 2019 Le Prieuré is a medium-bodied, unoaked red blend that pays homage to the winery’s Jesuit roots. The wine is fermented in traditional concrete tanks, reflecting a minimalist approach that highlights the character of the Bekaa Valley terroir.
TASTING NOTES: Bright ruby in color, the wine offers exotic fruit aromas intertwined with spicy and licorice notes. On the palate, it is mellow and supple, with a persistent finish that showcases the spice of the Bekaa Valley.
