The estate is located in Westhofen, with vines in three of the most prestigious vineyards around the village: Kirchspiel, Morstein, and Steingrube. This area of the Rheinhessen is characterized by limestone soils, which give the wines richness and a firm structure, but also great fruit purity and a saline minerality.

 

TASTING NOTES: The Seehof Riesling Feinherb is an off-dry style of Riesling that drinks dry: you will notice the residual sugar in the weight of the wine on the palate, but it will finish fresh and lively. Light gold in the glass with pristine aromas of nectarine, peach, key lime and a touch of apricot.
