"La Llave," the vineyard site in Requena, is at 2,500 feet above sea level. This large plateau provides the perfect climate conditions for organic farming of chardonnay grapes. The chardonnay is harvested before the macabeo and the grapes are fermented separately to maintain the best characteristics of each varietal.

TASTING NOTES: Pale lemon in color with a youthful medium plus intensity nose. Green apple, lemon, pear, apricot, citrus, cream. Dry, medium plus acid, medium bodied, medium alcohol and medium intensity on the body. Medium minus finish. Lemon, green apple, pear, cream.
