Produced by Les Vignerons de Florensac under the Flores Picpoul de Pinet “Ornezon” label, this wine comes from ancient vineyards just 10 km from the Mediterranean. Night-harvested to preserve freshness, the grapes are gently pressed, fermented in stainless steel, and aged on fine lees with regular batonnage to enhance texture and mouthfeel.
TASTING NOTES: Pale yellow with green highlights. The nose delivers citrus and white fruit aromas—grapefruit, lemon rind, white flowers—above a saline, seaside undertone. Palate is crisp and vibrant, featuring grapefruit, stone fruit, saline minerality, and a hint of peach fuzz. A refreshing, mouthwatering finish with bright acidity and light saline tension.
