Fermented with Champagne yeasts, this cider reflects the farm's commitment to biodynamic practices and artisanal quality.

 

TASTING NOTES: This Brut cider offers a complex bouquet of ripe orchard apples, hay, and leather, complemented by earthy notes of wild yeast and a subtle hint of olives. On the palate, it is mildly acidic, retaining structure and complexity, with flavors of bittersweet and bitter-tart apples. The finish is long and clean, showcasing the cider's rustic elegance.
