Domaine Rondeau's Bugey Cerdon is a sparkling rosé wine produced using the ancestral method, a traditional technique that predates the méthode champenoise. This method involves a single fermentation process, resulting in a naturally sparkling wine with lower alcohol content and residual sweetness. The blend of 90% Gamay Noir and 10% Poulsard grapes contributes to its distinctive flavor profile.​

 

TASTING NOTES: This wine offers abundant red fruit aromas on the nose, including hints of grapefruit and citrus. On the palate, it is light-bodied with medium acidity, making it an easy-drinking and enjoyable sparkling rosé.​
