TASTING NOTES: As the wine opens it delivers complex aromas of honeydew, leading to flavors of poached pear, Meyer lemon and cantaloupe. 

 

FOOD PAIRINGS: We recommend pairing it with sushi, seafood or white meat dishes. The light, delicate flavors of the wine will complement these dishes perfectly. It is the perfect partner for salads, fruit or cheese platters. The fruity flavours of the wine will enhance these dishes and make for a delicious meal.
