Tait is a family owned winery located in the famous Barossa Valley, in South Australia. The Tait name has been involved in the wine industry for more than 100 years, practicing the art of cooperage. Tait Wines is continuing this involvement by producing premium quality wines.

TASTING NOTES: Intense aromas of sweet tobacco, mocha, black olive, black currents, stewed plums, cherry and chocolate. Full bodied palate; blackberry, plum, white pepper, wet stone, with a long-lasting savory finish.

FOOD PAIRINGS: Slow-roasted barbecue pork or, Tex-Mex Trinity (garlic, cumin, and black pepper), hard cheese – cheddar, asiago, pecorino, parmesan.
