The 2022 Cameron Winery Ramato of Pinot Grigio is a distinctive expression of Oregon's Dundee Hills, crafted in the traditional Friulian "ramato" style. This method involves brief skin contact during fermentation, imparting a captivating copper hue and enhancing the wine's complexity.

 

TASTING NOTES: This wine presents a bouquet of dried apricot, honeycomb, fresh dill, and wild fennel. On the palate, it offers a stunning mouthfeel with a lingering finish, attributed to the soft ripe tannins extracted from the skins.
