A tale of devotion to a territory that slowly discovered its vocation, until it became fully aware of producing the best white wine of Piedmont using an exceptional variety that can enhance every nuance of its terroir of origin like no other: the Cortese grape.

TASTING NOTES: Intense straw-yellow in color. Fruity scents of peach with a light almond note, extremely fine and delicate. Very fresh and lively in the mouth thanks to its good acidity and due to its creamy texture on the palate.

 

FOOD PAIRINGS: It matches surprisingly well with red-meat dishes, as well as light fish and salads.
