Iruai Winery, formerly known as Methode Sauvage, is based in the California Alps and is known for its innovative approach to winemaking. The 2023 'Bloom Phase' Red is a California interpretation of lighter, high-toned Southern Rhône reds, inspired by summers in Provence.
