Corvezzo Winery, located near Treviso in the Veneto region, has been producing exclusively organic wines since completing its organic conversion in 2017. As one of Italy's largest organic wineries, Corvezzo is committed to sustainable practices, including the use of photovoltaic and biomass plants, lightweight bottles, and recycled packaging materials.

 

TASTING NOTES: Fine and persistent perlage with an elegant rose color. Intense flavors of small red fruits such as wild strawberry, with delicate hints of citrus and acacia flowers. Very fresh in the mouth with a strong attack, yet well-balanced. The aftertaste lingers with notes of berries and flowers.

 

FOOD PAIRINGS: Pairs well with lightly fried appetizers and seafood, such as pan-seared scallops.
