Domaine Huet, established in 1928, is a benchmark producer in Vouvray, renowned for its biodynamic viticulture and expressive Chenin Blanc wines. The 2015 Vouvray Pétillant Brut is crafted using the ancestral method, where fermentation completes in the bottle, resulting in a gentle, naturally sparkling wine. This cuvée spent 2–3 years on lees, enhancing its complexity and texture. ​

 

TASTING NOTES: This wine presents a golden yellow hue with fine, persistent bubbles. The nose offers aromas of quince, ripe apple, honeysuckle, brioche, and subtle vanilla. On the palate, it is full-bodied and rich yet bone dry and fresh, with a tight structure and energetic finish. ​

 

FOOD PAIRINGS: Ideal with seafood, lightly spiced dishes, and creamy cheeses like Camembert or young Gruyère. Also pairs well with Belon oysters, Peking duck, and Christmas cake. ​
