The winery was born in the 80s but developed in the early 90s into its current structure. The main body, located south of Via Cavaliera, is slightly steep, ventilated, with excellent exposure, deep soil tending towards clayey, mainly cultivated with vineyards.

TASTING NOTES: Rather discreet nose, small red fruits, currant, redcurrant, crushed strawberries, a little yeasty. On the palate, fresh attack, small fruits, dry, medium length, small touch of astringency.

FOOD PAIRINGS: Try pairing Lambrusco with cured meats like artisan-crafted salumi or thinly sliced prosciutto, hard cheeses like Parmigiano Reggiano, olives, bread dipped in quality balsamic vinegar, and classic Northern Italian pasta.
