Domaine Bousquet, established in 1997 by the Bousquet family, pioneers in organic viticulture, is located in the high-altitude Gualtallary district of Tupungato, Mendoza. The 2021 Gaia Earth Goddess Cabernet Franc is crafted from hand-harvested grapes grown at 4,000 ft. altitude, benefiting from fresh nights that preserve fresh fruit flavors and acidity. The wine is aged in French oak for 8 to 10 months.

TASTING NOTES: Intense violet color with black and red fruit aromas, complemented by pepper and mineral notes. Full-bodied with a fruity mid-palate expression and a persistent finish.
