Louis de Grenelle, established in 1859, is one of the last remaining independent, family-owned sparkling wine houses in Saumur. The "Corail" Saumur Brut Rosé is crafted exclusively from Cabernet Franc grapes, showcasing the elegance and finesse characteristic of the Loire Valley.​

 

TASTING NOTES: This sparkling rosé displays a deep pink hue with fine bubbles. The bouquet is a festival of small red fruits like raspberry and wild strawberry, complemented by floral notes of iris and violet. On the palate, it presents flavors of sour candies and red fruit, leading to a daisy-floral finish with firm texture.​
