TASTING NOTES: This wine presents lively lime and lemon aromas, complemented by a flinty, mineral edginess with hints of fig and white peach. The barrel fermentation provides some richness with very little oak influence, allowing the vibrant fruit to shine through beautifully. 
 
FOOD PAIRINGS: Ideal as an aperitif, this Chardonnay pairs excellently with all types of seafood.
