Monte Tondo is a family estate located in the beautiful hillside vineyards of Soave. Here the soils range from volcanic to chalky, which alongside the varying microclimates, gives the wines distinct flavor characteristics and individualistic style.
TASTING NOTES: Fantastic frizzante. Creamy, salty, and with a hint of sweetness. Tropical fruit, Meyer lemon, pear, green apple, melon, and honeysuckle.
FOOD PAIRINGS: It's great as an aperitif and ideal with cured meats, summer salads, vegetable frittatas, seafood pastas and grilled white meats.
