Limoux is located between Toulouse and Perpignan in southwest France. The grapes are grown 300 meters above sea level and is hand-picked from vines that are on average 20 years old.
TASTING NOTES: Good stream of persistent small bubbles. Green apples, pears, and toasted brioche on the nose. Bone dry with slightly unruly green apples and pears, and peach. Toasty, yeasty notes with a hint of salted nuts.
FOOD PAIRINGS: "Cuvée Domaine Rosier" is a fresh sparkling wine in "brut" format. Fruity and well balanced, it suits perfectly as an aperitif, or as a compliment to fish and shellfish.
