TASTING NOTES: This Chardonnay is intensely concentrated and deeply extracted, offering an explosion of pure fruit flavors encompassing the full range of citrus, citrus peel, and crisp tree fruits.
FOOD PAIRINGS: Pairs well with acidic foods such as raw tomatoes, olives, capers, ceviche, and tangy vinaigrettes. Also complements pungent or high-acid cheeses; however, it's advisable to avoid funky, washed-rind cheeses and aged goat or sheep's cheeses.
