Vignerons de Florensac, established in 1934, is one of the oldest vineyards near the French Mediterranean coast. Located in the Languedoc region, the cooperative is renowned for producing high-quality white wines, particularly from the Picpoul grape variety. The vineyards benefit from cooling breezes that moderate the heat, allowing the grapes to retain their natural acidity and freshness.

 

TASTING NOTES: Pale yellow with green hues, this Picpoul de Pinet offers fresh aromas of white flowers, acacia, and hawthorn. The palate is bright and minerally, featuring flavors of peach fuzz and orange citrus, with saline undertones and a lemony finish.
