Cooper Mountain Vineyards, established in 1978, is a family-owned winery located in Beaverton, Oregon. They are pioneers in organic and biodynamic viticulture in the Willamette Valley, focusing on varietals such as Pinot Noir, Pinot Gris, Chardonnay, and Pinot Blanc.
 
TASTING NOTES: The 2022 Pinot Gris offers aromas of white peach, tropical fruits, and floral notes, complemented by silken minerality.
