This is one of our favorite pinot gris bottling to date. Since 1978 pinot gris has been rooted in place at Cooper Mountain. We felt it was time she got a new look. Introducing our flagship 2020 Pinot Gris. Tropical, mineral and pear, crisp and balanced – this pinot gris is no stranger to shellfish, Asian and Thai cuisines, and salmon pairings.
