La Cantina Pizzolato, located in the Veneto region north of Treviso, has been producing certified organic wines since 1991. The estate spans 58 hectares near the Piave River, with additional collaborations contributing another 48 hectares of organically grown grapes. Committed to sustainable practices, Pizzolato employs natural fermentation methods and avoids synthetic chemicals, ensuring their wines are both organic and vegan-friendly.
TASTING NOTES: Bright steely amber color with fruity aromas and flavors of raspberry, white peach, ripe pear, moss, and shale. The wine has a round, crisp, effervescent, fruity light-to-medium body and a polished, medium-length finish.
