Bohigas, a family-owned winery with a winemaking tradition dating back to the 13th century, produces the Brut Reserva Cava using the traditional method, with a minimum aging of 15 months on lees.
TASTING NOTES: Pale yellow color with fine, persistent bubbles. Aromas of tart apple, pear, citrus rind, and white flowers, complemented by subtle notes of cinnamon and biscuits from aging. On the palate, it is well-structured with balanced acidity, a creamy mouthfeel, and a fresh, lingering finish.
FOOD PAIRINGS: Ideal as an aperitif; pairs well with fish dishes, rice dishes, and dried fruits and nuts. It is also suitable to accompany an entire meal.
