Made in the traditional method, this brut sparkling wine was hand-riddled and recently disgorged. Made with 100% Pinot Noir from Laurel Vineyard in the Chehalem Mountain AVA.

TASTING NOTES: Aromatics of fresh baked bread, strawberry shortcake, caramel and rich Cognac. Fine bead, citrus flavors and firm natural acidity balanced by light dosage.

FOOD PAIRINGS: Citrus food, fried chicken, white truffle, steak, fried potatoes, caviar, oysters, macaroni and cheese.
