A California native, Scharffenberger Cellars has produced sparkling wines with the same quality and philosophy since 1981. Winemaker Jeffrey Jindra uses the French Méthode Traditionnelle on his wines crafted from the best Anderson Valley and Mendocino fruit.
 
TASTING NOTES: A well-rounded, supple texture surrounds attractive toast and nut flavors in this suave and mouth-filling wine. Notes of biscuit, peach and toasted bread give it a nice sense of maturity and complexity.
 
FOOD PAIRINGS: Seafood, such as oysters, tempura, shellfish are best paired.
