Domaine Charles Joguet's 2021 Chinon Rosé is crafted from organically farmed Cabernet Franc vines averaging 30 years of age, rooted in siliceous alluvial sand soils. The grapes undergo direct pressing and are fermented slowly at cool temperatures in stainless steel tanks, a process that preserves the wine's freshness and bright berry notes. ​

 

TASTING NOTES: This rosé exhibits a delicate balance of fruit and acidity, with aromas of fresh strawberries and subtle hints of red berries. On the palate, it offers a crisp and refreshing experience, making it an ideal companion for warm-weather occasions.
