Bedrock Vineyard is one of the most historically and qualitatively gilded plots of land in Sonoma Valley. Taking up 152 acres of the heart of Sonoma Valley, the vineyard occupies a large section of one of the best growing climates for grapes on earth.

 

TASTING NOTES: This Rhone-style rosé is elegant with pitch-perfect balance, yet it’s edgy with tangy, high-toned fruit. It has notes of raspberry and strawberry with a hint of white pepper. It’s light on its feet and striking.

FOOD PAIRINGS: Pairs beautifully with light fare — fish (fatty, crustaceans, battered and fried) as well as all manner of vegetables (grilled, roasted, pureed, pickled). In fact Côtes du Rhône reds have that fleshy berry flavor, plus carefully dialed-in acidity and restrained tannins, making them highly pairable with a variety of cooking styles.
