Established in 1967, Vignerons Ardéchois is a cooperative in the Ardèche region of southeastern France, uniting over 1,000 farming families. These families cultivate vineyards alongside other crops like stone fruits, olives, almonds, and lavender, preserving the region's rural character. Located between the foothills of the Cévennes and the Rhône River at an average altitude of nearly 300 meters, the cooperative benefits from a southern latitude that allows grapes to fully ripen, while the higher altitude contributes to the wines' freshness. The vineyards are managed sustainably, adhering to the HVE Level 3 certification.
TASTING NOTES: This medium-bodied wine showcases pure red currant and black raspberry fruits with finely integrated tannins, making it approachable and versatile.
FOOD PAIRINGS: Pairs excellently with simple roasts, casseroles, and grilled vegetables.
