The winery was born in the 80s but developed in the early 90s into its current structure. The main body, located south of Via Cavaliera, is slightly steep, ventilated, with excellent exposure, deep soil tending towards clayey, mainly cultivated with vineyards.
TASTING NOTES: Golden yellow color with green reflections. Penetrating, clean scent of white flowers. the red grape variety is unmistakable. The fine and precise bubbles act as a prelude to a taste that can only belong to our Lambrusco: lively, expressive, the fruit intact, the sharp acidity, the extraordinary cleanliness, and everything more intense, more defined, more vital.
